Triple M cancels show!!

Triple M Promotions decided this week to cancel its Pre-St. Maarten Day Concert after two sponsors withdrew their support.

Organizers finally gave up trying to host the November 6 concert when “sponsors and key players” backed out Monday. This is the second time they announced a cancellation to the show that was to feature reggae singers Queen Ifrica and Tony Rebel and R&B performer J. Holiday.
“Two main sponsors of the event announced to them…that they would be withdrawing their support for the show,” organizers said in a press statement Tuesday. “[We] have put a stop to all radio ads and are currently trying to work out some arrangements with their investors, who have already made their contribution to getting the artists here.”
Triple M has organized other shows in the past including the Culture Blend concert at Carnival featuring Rick Ross, Omarion, Cecile and others.
