Did you miss Teen Times Prom 2k8? Catch it on TV 15!
If you couldn’t go to Teens Time Prom ’08 last month for any reason (illness, maybe you’re not an exam student), you can see it on local TV next week.
Comedian Rolando Brison hosts a 30-minute Prom Special airing on St. Maarten TV Channel 15 Monday, August 4, and Tuesday, August 5, highlighting the grand entrance, several dances, and the crowning of Prom King and Queen.
Presented by Laugh Out Loud (LOL) Productions, the Prom Special is also airing on MSR Cable TV on French St. Martin, giving people on both sides of the island to enjoy the event.
Prom this year brought together close to 500 St. Maarten exam students and their dates, living up the theme “Royalty” from their impressive outfits to insane transportation.
An extended version of the broadcast is also available on DVD by calling 527-4353 to order. “This is the third year LOL has been given the opportunity to broadcast the event and would like to thank Teen times Coordinator Micheal Granger and his staff for allowing LOL cameras at the function,” LOL said in an email.
The Prom Special starts at 9:00pm on TV 15 on both Monday and Tuesday.
