A young intern was raped early Thursday after leaving a nightclub with friends.

The young lady left Tantra nightclub and sanctuary with a man friend and another woman early that morning. The man was driving.

He let one of the girls out at her home in Cupecoy and was headed to French St. Martin with another girl when another car pulled up close to them and rammed into them, sources say.

Several men exited the car, attacked the driver and then abducted the girl. She was found bythe roadside later. She told gendarmes that the attacker raped her.
